Guymon Police have arrested a man for lewd acts toward a child under 16 years of age.
Darrett Shane Berg, 51, was arrested on September 6, and has been charged with lewd or indecent acts to child under 16, a felony, punishable by imprisonment for not less than three years to not more than 20 years and a fine not more than $10,000.
He is being held at the Texas County Detention Center on a bond of $50,000.
