An injury accident occurred Monday morning at approximately 2:15 am at milepost 3, west of Liberal on Highway 54. A 2007 GMC being driven by Victor Manuel Orrantia, 38, of Guymon, was traveling weston Highway 54 from Liberal heading towards Guymon, OK. The GMC left the roadway to the right, entered the north ditch of US 54, then came back onto the highway and went into the center median. When in the median the vehicle rolled one and a half times ejecting the driver.

Orrantia was taken to Southwest Medical Center to be treated for his injuries.
