Guymon Man Charged With Lewd Acts Toward Juvenile

A Guymon man has been arrested for allegedly making lewd proposals and showing obscene material to a minor under 16 years of age.

Shane Bagley, 19, was arrested after a concerned neighbor contacted authorities in regards to the obscene gestures Bagley was making towards a minor child.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed at the Texas County Courthouse, Bagley allegedly exposed himself to a minor and made many suggestive sexual comments to the minor on several different occasions.

Bagley is being charged with three felony counts of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16, punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 and imprisonment for not less than three years or not more than 20 years and three felony counts of showing obscene materials to a minor, punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 and imprisonment for not less than 10 years or more than 30 years (and said crime does not qualify for a deferred sentence).

Bagley is being held on a $50,000 bond at the Texas County Detention Center.
