A Guymon man has been arrested on several charges after allegedly taking photos of himself and a minor child in a lewd way.

Craig Burgess, 29, was arrested on August 30, and has been charged with; prepare/distribute/exhibit child pornography material, a felony, punishable by imprisonment for not less than 25 years and a fine not more than $10,000. Sexual exploitation with a child under 12, a felony, punishable by imprisonment for not less than 25 years to not more than Life and a fine not less than $500 to not more than $5,000. Lewd or indecent acts with child under 16, a felony, punishable by imprisonment for not less than 25 years and a fine not more than $10,000.

Burgess is being held at the Texas County Detention Center on a bond of $250,000.
