Guymon Edges Lady Red Soccer

The Guymon Tigers topped  Liberal 3-2 Tuesday evening at Memorial Stadium in Guymon.  LHS scored first as Abbigail Lopez found the back of the net at the 32:49 mark.  Guymon tied the game on a penalty kick.  The Tigers scored with 21:24 left in the second half to lead 2-1.  Liberal’s Mayra Hernandez scored  to tie the game at 2-2 with 3:31 left.  Guymon answered with a goal with 2:58 remaining to lead 3-2.  Liberal falls to 2-5 and plays their home opener Thursday night at about 6:30 against Great Bend.
