A gust of wind Friday afternoon at around 2:10pm caught a semi trailer and caused the rig to overturn. A 2012 Freightliner being driven by 63 year old Patrick Stell of Bliebleville Texas was southbound on US Highway 83, 10 miles North of Liberal when the accident occurred. Stell was taken to Southwest Medical Center in Liberal to be treated for his injuries.Seatbelts were in use at the time of the accident
