Great Bend Softball Sweeps LHS

Liberal’s softball team was no match for Great Bend Tuesday in Great Bend. This is nothing new. So after a 15-0 game one loss, LHS head coach Hope Cox had her team come up with six goals for game two. The team actually met five of those six goals but still lost 16-0. Sandra Armendariz hit a double in the loss. Liberal is 0-8 and 0-2 in the WAC while the Panthers are 5-1. Liberal hosts Garden City Tuesday at 4 at Rosel Field.
