Glime Signs at Missouri Baptist

Seward catcher Todd Glime had choices. The catcher with a cannon for an arm and a brother Gregg who is Baylor’s starting catcher understands the bright lights of division 1 baseball. But Glime, who has been Seward’s everyday catcher the past two springs wants to play and play often. The Aurora, Colorado native and Cherokee Trail High School graduate signed Monday with the NAIA school. The Spartans are 33-12 this year. Glime hit .320 with six homers and 29 RBI’s his freshman year. This season Glime has four homers and 22 RBI’s. An interview with Glime and head coach Galen McSpadden will air Tuesday morning during the Sportsguys between 7:37 and 9 a.m. on Talkradio 1270 and kscbnews.net.
