Fugitive Possibly in The Guymon Area

Local authorities are asking for help from the community in locating a wanted fugitive.
Anyone with information about Ivan Orlando Cruz-Pagan is encouraged to contact the Guymon Police Department immediately by calling 580-338-6525.
Authorities say Cruz-Pagan escaped from a Connecticut halfway house in 2009 where he was originally serving time for the sale of Heroin.
He currently has an active arrest warrant lodged with the Connecticut State Police and owes the Department of Corrections two years and nine months of his original sentence.
Authorities say he was in Guymon.
As of March 2012, he had used a local address as his residence: 721 Vega Street.
Cruz-Pagan’s date of birth is January 23, 1973. Authorities said his spouse may be Marian N. Cruz, who has the date of birth of August 13, 1979.
