Former Steckline Bookeeper Charged With Stealing $2 Million

A former bookkeeper for Steckline Communications has been charged with stealing more than $2 million from the radio station chain.

William Nolan is accused of forging signatures on checks and withdrawing electronic transfers from the company’s account. He allegedly used the money to pay credit cards to buy personal property. Nolan worked in Liberal for several years.

Nolan will appear in federal court October 5.
