A private property fatality accident occurred Saturday morning at approximately 11:35am at a residence approximately 2 miles south of Forgan, OK in Beaver County.

Paula B O’Brien age 81, of Forgan, OK failed to get her 2012 Ford in park and was pinned against a barn by the driver’s door. She was transported by Beaver County EMS to Beaver Memorial Hospital
In Beaver, OK where she was pronounced dead from her injuries.
