FCA All Area Banquet in Beaver Wednesday Night

For a fourth consecutive year, the Oklahoma Panhandle/Southwest Kansas FCA All Area Banquet honored area high school kids and coaches for their involvement in FCA, The Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  State director Drew Beard was the keynote speaker at the event Wednesday night at the Beaver County Fairgrounds.

Several student athletes were name FCA all state including Liberal’s J. Brooks Kappelmann, Balko’s Emelie Trentham, Turpin’s Bryson Parker, Texhoma’s Emma Mitchell, and Southwestern Height’s Kaila Froese.   FCA all state coaches are Brandi Parker of Turpin and John Ornelas of Sublette.

All area honorees are Payton Parker, Aspen Freeman, Cayan Rigdon, Jenna Whitfield, Gavin Gore, Hadley Hines, Mercedes Vasquez, Harrison Oaks, Grady LeGrange, Jose Saenz, Sierra Fischer, Braxton Burge, Alexis Jimenez, Rylee Keith, Madalyn McCarter, Emma Stanfield, Danial Banman, Grayson McGlasson, Allie Mitchell, Jacqueline Berry, Carson Hendrich, Emily Estes, Austyn Peters, and Brenda Lezama.

Lisa Batt is the multi-area director.  The board members are Brandi Parker, Kyle Weber, John Peters, Tatum Radcliff, Justin Varnes, Robin Metcalf, and Ryan Kisner.
