Liberal Man Involved in Fatality Accident on US 412

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports at approximately 11:28 am a fatality accident involving a Mercury grand Marquis and a Peterbuilt Semi truck occurred killing one man and injuring another on US 412 at the SH 58 junction.  Claude Willie Koehn 91, was driving his Mercury Grand Marquis when he failed to yield to westbound traffic and struck the passenger side of a 2007 Peterbuilt Semi truck driven by Clifford Aubrey Anderson of Liberal.  Mr. Koehn was pronounced dead at the scene.  Mr Anderson was transported by Ringwood EMS to St.Mary’s hospital in Enid Okla where he was treated and later released.
