Dusty Torres is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal junior runner Dusty Torres is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week.  Torres has the top 100 time in the state at 10.82.  He is also one of the top quarter milers after winning the regional and the WAC in the 400 the past two seasons.  Torres was second in the 400 last year second only to teammate Austin Mullens.  Torres won four golds in Friday’s 5 State Relays winning the 100, 200, 400, and 4×400.  He will run in the 400 and 4×400 at the pre state meet at Wichita State Thursday and Friday.
