The latest statistics released by the KDHE, Seward County Health Department, and surrounding Counties for Wednesday October 7th show Seward County has had 1805 individuals test results have come back positive for Coronavirus. 1608 Individuals have recovered from COVID 19 with 7 deaths reported. Southwest Medical reports current hospitalizations at 12 which includes out of county residents being treated at SWMC.

Around the area, Stevens County has 180 positives,150 recovered, and 1 death Haskell County 140 positives, 117 recovered, and 1 death, Morton County has 26 positives, 16 recovered cases , and 2 deaths, Grant County has 334 positive 284 recovered, and 7 deaths Meade County has 154 positives 136 have recovered, and 1 death, Stanton County has 71 positives 57 recovered, and 2 deaths Ford County has 3,034 positive cases, and Finney County has 2,184 positive cases. Beaver County 66 positives, 57 recovered, Texas County has 1640 positive tests with 1492 recoveries and 10 deaths.
