County Commissioners hold Joint Meeting with Fair Association and Host Southwest Kansas Assoc.of Counties Meeting

Seward County Commission will be conducting a joint meeting with the Seward County 5 State Fair Association on Monday, September 19, 2011 immediately following their regularly scheduled meeting at the County Administration Building, 515 N Washington, 2 ^nd Floor Commission Chambers.

All Seward County Departments will be closed October 10, 2011 for the Columbus Day holiday.

The Seward County Administration Building will be closed October 11, 2011 to host the Southwest Kansas Association of Counties annual meeting. Each year the meeting is held in one of the 19 participating counties. Seward County has the opportunity to host the annual meeting once every 18 years. The Southwest Kansas Association of Counties allows County Officials the opportunity to meet, network, and collaborate with other Southwest Kansas Officials. The Seward County Administration building will reopen October 12, 2011 at 8:00 a.m.

All other Seward County Departments outside of the Administration Building will be open on October 11, 2011.
