Representatives of the Seward County Board of Commissioners, the City of Liberal Commissioners, the City of Kismet Commissioners, the Seward County Community College Board of Trustees, the USD 480 School Board and the USD 483 School Board will be gathering on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 7 a.m. in room SW229 C at the Seward County Community College for a Council of Governments of Seward County meeeting.
