The Colorado Bombers defeated the Liberal Bee Jays Friday 12-3. Colorado got off to a quick start scoring five runs in the first inning. They added one in the third, fourth, and sixth, and two in the seventh and eighth. The Bee Jays scored one in the second, third, and sixth.

Colorado out hit Liberal 18-6. The Bee Jays also had three errors in the game. Dylan Hovhevar got the loss.

The Bee Jays drop to 10-11 on the season. They will host the Bombers in the series finale Saturday at 7 p.m. Windtree Management and Leasing will be the buyout sponsor. They will be giving away gift cards and three autographed baseballs from former baseball greats Nolan Ryan, Willie Mays, and Whitey Ford. It will also be Kids Night at Brent Gould Field.
