The Seward Lady Saints were in the game.  Playing at #5 Dodge City at the Dome in Dodge Saturday afternoon, Seward trailed 35-32 after a nip and tuck first half.  But Seward shot 17 percent in the second half (6-36) and scored just 16 points in a 66-48 loss.

DC3 led 23-16 after one quarter.  It was 35-32 Dodge City at the half as the Lady Saints out scored the Lady Conqs 16-12 in the second quarter.  Dodge out scored Seward 18-6 in the third.

Seward shot 27 percent from the field going 6-23 from three point range and 8-11 at the foul line.  Dodge City shot 44 percent going 71-9 from three for 37 percent.  DC3 was 9-14 at the free throw line.  Dodge City out-rebounded Seward 39-36.

Allie Myers was Epic Touch Player of the Game with 17 points and 11 rebounds.  Kylee Hunt added 11 points and five rebounds.

Dodge City is 11-1 overall and 6-0 in the Jayhawk.  Seward is 8-3 overall and 3-2 in the Jayhawk after dropping their third straight at the Dome in Dodge .
