Beginning June the 7th, the City Of Liberal will begin its annual chip sealing project. The City asks that residents not park on the streets or allow lawn watering to run into the street. The area affected by this project will be west of Kansas Avenue, north of 2nd Street, east of Western Avenue and south of 11th Street.
