The City of Liberal is planning to start the annual street sealing program to recondition the street surface.
Weather permitting, the street sealing program will begin July 8 to July 15th.
If the City finds that your car needs to be towed away in order to complete your street, it will be towed at the owners expense.
The sealing program can only be completed on a dry surface. Please do not allow excess water from lawn watering to get on the street until your street has been covered.
