City of Liberal Seeks Input for Logo and Motto

The City of Liberal is officially seeking recommendations for a new city logo and motto.
During public meetings a number of citizens have suggested the city consider changes to its existing logo. The public is encouraged to submit their design recommendations to the High Plains Leader to [email protected].
“We are excited for the changes coming to the community and think it is time we consider updating our brand,” said Liberal City Manager, Rusty Varnado.
Proposals will be accepted through Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
