The City of Liberal is providing Spring cleanup coupons to assist residents with landfill disposal charges. This coupon is available for water utility customers to pick up in person at the main lobby information desk inside City Hall, 324 N. Kansas.

This coupon covers the fee for a one-time disposal visit to the Seward County Landfill. Customers must bring their water utility bill to the lobby information desk at City Hall to receive a coupon. These landfill coupons must be used by May 31st, 2025 and customers are responsible for hauling their items for disposal.
