The City of Liberal is once again offering a Tree Cost Share Program for residents of Liberal. There will be a limit of 3 trees per residence due to limited availability. Cost per tree is just $25.00 and all trees are in 7 gallon containers. Trees available include Autumn Purple Ash, Allee Elm, Shumard Oak, and Cleveland Select Pear. Trees may be purchased at the Liberal Recreation Center, 950 S. Grant Street.
