City of Liberal Clarifies Mask Signage

In a press release from the City of Liberal, Resolution 2344 requires masks only in City of Liberal buildings and on public property when social distancing cannot be maintained. Private businesses may  require people in their business to wear masks; this is their choice. City Resolution 2344 does not require masks in private businesses. Any signs or posters that say other wise are inaccurate.
