City of Liberal Asks That Customers use Dropbox for Utility Payments

While City Hall is still open, the City of Liberal is asking that customers use the Dropbox behind City Hall for Utility Payments to avoid coming into the building.

During the pandemic, the City will allow cash, check, or money orders in the dropbox.

If you are using cash, you are asked to place it in a sealed envelope. If you do not have the bill, you are asked to place the account name and service address with all forms of payment. The Dropbox will be checked every 2 hours during business hours.
