A Cimarron man was injured following a vehicle pursuit early Saturday evening in Marion County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Eliseo Garcia, Jr., 26, Cimarron, was traveling westbound on 240th Street in Marion with Marion County and Chase County Sheriff’s Officers in pursuit. Police say Garcia lost control of the 2001 Volkswagen Jetta he was driving, entered a north ditch and crashed through a fence before coming to rest in a pasture.
Garcia was transported to St. Luke Hospital and Living Center
