A Cimarron man was in fair condition Monday night after being involved in a two-vehicle crash early Monday morning in Sedgwick County.
Joshua Brown, 21, Cimarron, was driving a 2007 Ford Fusion southbound on Interstate 235 while following Patricia Snyder, 41, Wichita, as she was driving a 2009 BMW 3-series at 7:51 a.m. Monday.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Snyder slowed her vehicle and Brown was unaware she had slowed, and struck the back of her vehicle.
Brown was taken to Via Christi-St. Francis, where he was listed in fair condition Monday night. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to KHP.
Snyder was taken to Via Christi-St. Francis with possible injuries. Staff did not have Snyder on the patient list Monday night.
