Blues Win Eight of Nine in Derby

Both Blues softball teams played in the Wichita 7 Game Extreme showdown last weekend. The older 18u team won the tournament going 8 and 1. The younger 18u team finished 1-5-1 on weekend but showed major growth in just few days playing together. The girls played extremely well with high heat and humidity. We need to improve our preparation and for younger group more consistency with pitching. We will continue to work hard and continue to mesh.
