Bill Would Name Part of Highway in OK Panhandle after 2 Women Killed

Proposed legislation would name part of an Oklahoma highway after two women who were killed and then buried in a freezer.

House Bill 1486 would rename the section of State Highway 95 from Four Corners to two miles north in Texas County would be designated as the “Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley Memorial Highway.”

ODOT would place permanent markers bearing that name on the highway.
