USD 480 has announced their Annual Walk/Bike to School event will be on Wednesday, May 7th. All students and parents are encouraged to either walk or bike to school that day. Motorists are to be aware, as they commute, of the extra bicyclists and walkers throughout the District, and use extra caution.

Prior to the Walk/Bike Day, all kids are welcome to the Community Bike Rodeo at Meadowlark Elementary on Saturday, May 3rd from 10:00am – 12:00 pm. There will be Bike Safety Training and a Bike repair shop for minor repairs. Lunch will be served from 11:00am – 12:15 pm.
