King struck out eight and walked two. Rafferty Brown worked two innings. Corbin Truslow homered in the win after he won the home run derby before the game. The US Military Baseball program provided a patriotic pregame ceremony and honored local veterans who were in attendance. Liberal is 14-6 and has Tuesday off before hosting the Dodge City A’s Wednesday night at 7 at Brent Gould Field. The Dugout Show airs at 6:45 on 1270 and kscbnews.net.
It’s Rattler Night so Rattler teams will be recognized during the game. Ruffino’s is the buyout sponsor.
