Beaver’s Zacc Hugg Wins Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship

Beaver’s Zacc Hugg is the Beaver winner of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship.   Hugg is a quarterback, running back, and linebacker for the Dusters.  Hugg also participates in powerlifting and track.
