HASKELL COUNTY – The Haskell County Sheriff’s Office requested the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) issue an endangered persons advisory for a missing woman and her two daughters from Haskell County. The whereabouts of 23-year-old Martha Unger, and her daughters Madilynn Grace Unger, 2, and Haylie Faith Unger, 1, are unknown, and the public’s assistance is requested to help locate them. Varsity boys finished with 2232 total pinfall. Lexton Batie finished first overall, highest game of 241, and a personal best series 652 . “Lexton told us he had a goal to finish 1st overall today. He was able to keep his mental game strong during all 3 games today. He has gotten over 600 a few times during practice but in competition has been a hurdle, so it great to see him get that done” Coach Potter on Lexton.
Girls Varsity: 2027 total pinfall. Frida Civis’s 206 was the team’s single game high. She finished 4th overall, with a 494 series, missing medaling by 2 pins. “Frida has been very focus at trying to reach her goals this year, getting over a 200 game was one. Now she can use that as drive to continue towards her other goals she has as well,” said Coach Potter about Frida.
JV Boys: 1326 total pinfall. Reece Washburn lead the way with a 304 series. Coach Potter had to say, “Reece is such a positive athlete in our program, during practice and competition. He’s always low-key keeping up on his growth and striding at getting better,” said Coach Potter
