Balko’s Carter Pickett Wins Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship

Balko-Forgan’s Carter Pickett of Balko High School is the Balko-Forgan winner of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship.  Pickett is a center and defensive lineman for the Bulls.  He is also involved in track and choir at Balko.

Winners of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship are announced Thursday nights between 6-7 during the On the Sidelines Show at Billy’s on 102.7 and kscbnews.net. Each week a deserving senior is announced as a winner of a 350 dollar scholarship from Billy’s and 102.7.
