The Baker Arts Center’s Digital Abstractions Exhibit features the work of Joshua Ely Batterson who is an emerging multimedia artist working in a variety of digital programs to create compelling, complex narratives based on synthesizing new visual experiences. Joshua grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa, and now lives in Los Angeles, California with his two children. His exhibit opens on Saturday, June 14th with a reception from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. The exhibit will be on display from June 14 through August 3, 2014. The center is located at 624 N. Pershing in Liberal and the gallery is open from 9-5 Tuesday through Friday, by appointment on Saturday and closed on Sunday and Monday.
