Aubrey Warden is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week

Liberal junior volleyball player Aubrey Warden is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Aubrey Warden leads the team in kills by 11.  Warden led LHS in kills at WAC in Garden City on Saturday with 10 kills against Hays and Great Bend, seven against Garden City, and five against Dodge City.  Warden also participates in basketball, track, NHS, JAG, and Redskin Singers.  Warden and the 15-20 Redskins begin post season play Saturday in Derby as LHS plays 20-15 Hutchinson Saturday afternoon in Derby.  29-5 Derby hosts 7-29 Wichita Heights.  The winners meet for the right to go to state.
