A one vehicle accident occurred Monday afternoon at 2:57pm, .7 tenths of a mile west of the SW County Road 5 & SW County Road F intersection on County Road D 5. A 2014 Polaris Razor being driven by Adrian Caballeco-Gutierrez, 18, of Mesa Arizona was east bound on Seward County Road 5. Gutierrez lost control of the ATV and rolled an unknown number of times, coming to rest in the east field.

Gutierrez was taken to Southwest Medical Center to be treated for his injuries.
