Aquinas Blanks Redskins Saturday

The eighth ranked St. Thomas Aquinas Saints defeated the sixth ranked Liberal Redskins 13-0 Saturday morning in Kansas City.  The Saints scored three in the first and 10 in the third and run ruled LHS in a five inning game.  Alex Yanez was 2-2 at the plate.  Liberal falls to 14-5 and hosts Garden City Tuesday night with the JV at 4 and the varsity at about 6.  The varsity game airs on 1270 and kscbnews.net.
