Felipe Chacon Herrera, age 66, died on Saturday, April 5, 2025, in Liberal, Kansas.

He was born on January 2, 1959, in Chihuahua, Mexico, to Antonio Chacon Jacobo and Bertha Herrera Delgado.

Felipe was a loving husband and father, known for his dedication to his family and a Godly man with unwavering faith. He was a hardworking man who always strived to do the right thing. Among his hobbies, he particularly enjoyed making chicharrónes.

Felipe was very close to his nieces and nephews, who will miss him dearly. His legacy of love, faith, and integrity will continue to inspire those who knew him.

Jesus Chacon Herrera and his wife, Imelda of Chihuahua, Mexico,

Four sisters, Maria De los Angeles Chacon Herrera and her husband, Gilberto of Chihuahua, Mexico,

Yolanda Chacon Herrera and her husband, Manuel of Albuquerque, New Mexico,

Bertha Chacon Herrera and her husband, Domingo of Liberal, Kansas,

Veronica Chacon Herrera and her husband, Adam of Pueblo, Colorado.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Chacon Jacobo and Bertha Herrera Delgado, and brother, Jesus Chacon Herrera.

Interment will take place in Panteón Municipal No.4/Carrizalillo in Chihuahua, Mexico.
