Liberal senior Hayleen Martinez is the Kansas Wrestling Coach’s Association 6A Wrestler of the Year.  Martinez won the 6A state championship for the second straight year.  She capped off a 35-0 season by pinning Olathe North’s Kennedy Graham in 48 seconds on March 1 in Overland Park.  Martinez won state in both her junior and senior years.
