Liberal’s Brady Kappelmann Elected as K-State Student Body President

Liberal’s Brady Kappelmann has been elected as student body president at Kansas State University.  Kappelmann and vice president Zoey Pudenz garnered 88.28% of the vote with 1,439 voted out of 1,630 cast.   The election was last week on campus at K-State.  The newly elected K-State leaders will take office following spring break for the 2025-2026 academic year. Pudenz is from Kansas City Piper High School. Kappelmann graduated from Liberal High School in 2022 where he was student body president and a CTE scholar.  Brady is currently the chief of staff in the Student Governing Association and was speaker pro tempore of the student senate last year.  Kappelmann is a marketing and professional strategic selling major at KSU.  He is in the FarmHouse fraternity. He is also involved in Sales Ambassadors, Student Mobilization (Stumo), Connected Cats, and Welcome Ambassadors.
