The Liberal powerlifting team, the Iron Reds, competed at Wichita County’s meet in Leoti Saturday morning and afternoon.  Liberal had five over all winners.  Senior Hudson Rice, Sr. Alex Schwindt, Jr. Klaire Anderson, Jr. Austin Dodge, and Fr. Bentlee Betts won their weight divisions.  Bentlee Betts was first overall in power ratio for junior men’s heavyweight division.

The Iron Red boys were second as a team and the girls were fifth.
