An accident at 12:58 AM Monday morning has injured a 32 year old and 4 juveniles. The accident occurred just northeast of Dodge City on US Highway 50.

A 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan being driven by Cayse Larman, 32, of Cimarron was Westbound on US50 when the driver took their eyes off the roadway. The Caravan drifted off the roadway and struck a parked RV that was completely on the shoulder unoccupied.

Larman was taken to Western Plain Medical Center to be treated for minor injuries. 4 juveniles ages 12, 9, 8, and 3, all from Cimarron, were also taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. The 9 and 3 year old were taken to Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City with suspected serious injuries.
