Liberal senior wrestler Hayleen Martinez is this week’s Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  She is ranked number one at 190 pounds with a 23-0 record.  She took first place at Wichita West last weekend and won her dual at Garden City on Tuesday night.  Martinez won last year’s state championship. Martinez is involved with FCA and The Bridge at First Southern Baptist Church.   The Redskins host Lamar for a dual Tuesday night at 5pm in the Big House.  They compete in the Rocky Welton Invitational in Garden City next weekend.
