Liberal junior basketball player James Fieser is this week’s Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Fieser scored 30 points  and pulled down eight rebounds in Liberal’s game Tuesday at Garden City.  Fieser is averaging 17 points and six rebounds per game.  Fieser is a first team all WAC football player and competes on the Liberal track and field team.  Fieser attends FCA.  Fieser and the Redskins play at Dodge City Friday night at about 7:45 on 1270 and 92.3.
