Mark Anthony Caffalette

Mark Anthony Caffalette, 51, of Plains, KS passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the Kansas Medical Center in Andover, KS.

He was born on September 14, 1973 to Anthony and Peggy (Felder) Caffalette at Bitburg Airforce Base in Bitburg, Germany.

On March 22, 2019 he married Diane Sisneros at Kismet, KS. She survives.

Mark was a 1992 graduate of Glendale High School in Springfield, MO. Mark had enjoyed many career endeavors including working as a Police Officer with the Liberal Police Dept, Assistant General Manager at Applebee’s Bar & Grill, and working at Westlake Ace Hardware in Liberal. He enjoyed collecting firearms and multiplayer online gaming. Mark especially loved being with his family and was a devout Christian who enjoyed studying the Bible.

Mark is survived by his loving wife Diane Sisneros-Caffalette of Plains, KS; five sons, Kade Caffalette of Oxnard, CA, Andrew Myers of Kismet, KS, Luis Molina of Plains, KS, Santana Molina of Plains, KS, Cruzcito Molina of Plains, KS; daughter, Alexandra Molina of Plains, KS; parents, Tony and Peggy Caffalette of Bastrop, TX; Sister, Alisha Gabriel of Georgetown, TX; Grandmother, Juanita B Felder of San Antonio, TX.

He was preceded in death by a grandmother, both grandfathers, three aunts and two uncles.

Viewing will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2024, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Miller Mortuary Chapel.

A Celebration of Life get together for Mark’s friends & family will be held on Saturday December 7, 2024 from 4:00-6:00 pm at 110 Prairie Wind Street, Plains, KS 67869.

Per Mark’s wishes, cremation will take place.

Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Mortuary.
