Body Found Near Perryton

OCHILTREE COUNTY, Texas — A body was found near Perryton.

According to the Ochiltree County Sheriff’s Office, the body of a middle-aged white woman was discovered Monday evening northeast of the city.

” The circumstances surrounding the death are unclear,” said Sheriff Terry Bouchard.

The cause of death has not been determined, and an autopsy was ordered. The woman has not been positively identified.
