Suain Moncayo Sets Multiple Scoring Records at Hesston

It was a record setting night for Liberal senior striker Suain Moncayo.  He scored a school record seven goals in Liberal’s 12-0 win over the Hesston Swathers at Hesston Thursday night.  His first goal of the night broke Eduardo Moreno’s school record for career goals.  Moncayo came into the game tied with Moreno with 58 career goals.  Moncayo’s total catapults to 65 career goals.  Alan Baeza, D’Alessandro Chavira, Johnny Young, Giezi Gonzalez, and Ariel Gaytan added goals.  Due to the mercy rule, only the first half was played.  Liberal is 9-1-1.
