Reyes “Mateo” Maravilla

Reyes “Mateo” Maravilla, age 2 months, passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Children’s Mercy Kansas City Adele Hall Campus in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born June 20, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas, the son of Reyes and Erika (Wickhan) Maravilla.

He is survived by his parents; siblings, Diego Maravilla, Abigale Villanueva, Maliah Maravilla, Aniyah Villanueva, Analiah Maravilla, Rayliah Maravilla, and triplet sisters, Myeli and Marayeli Maravilla; grandparents, Victor Maravilla, Martha and Ramon Hernandez, Amy Ramirez, and Tacho Montanez; and a large extended family.

Mateo is preceded in death by nephew, Camdyn Maravilla; and sister, Zayla Maravilla.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses. Funeral service will be Friday, September 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Garnand Funeral Home with Minster Warren Baldwin officiating. Interment will be at the Ulysses Cemetery.
